Guy protagonist went to the mansion applying for a live in handyman position, got hired, then learned all about the sex slave stuff.

As for the scene in question, one ending to the game basically has the guy end up a eunuch or something similar. There's a lot of weird going on, someone mentioned bestiality earlier and I'm more than certain there's plenty of watersports and scat play as well as other extreme fetishes.
